電子萬能試驗機變形測量介紹

變形測量系統(tǒng)的變形放大器單元是電子萬能試驗機的主要組成部分之一，它的主要功能是把傳感器產(chǎn)生的微弱信號加以放大，處理后送到數(shù)顯表或者計算機，從而把試樣所承受的變形值記錄或顯示出來。

現(xiàn)在大多數(shù)變形單元采用單芯片24位超低噪聲模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器，此芯片集信號放大，A/D轉(zhuǎn)換于一身。由于本套變形單元具有“以單芯片為核心，外圍電路少”的特點，因此本系統(tǒng)具有精度高，穩(wěn)定性能好，線性誤差小，抗干擾能力強等特點。合理的設(shè)計，良好的工藝布局使放大器穩(wěn)定性極好。它與放大器相聯(lián)的單片計算機單元，作為主機的心臟，負責整機的放大器量程變換、數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、試驗方式選擇及液晶顯示，直讀的數(shù)字量化，同時可以把這些數(shù)據(jù)通過RS232口輸出，通過RS232口也可以接受其它設(shè)備的指令。由于采用單片計算機控制，本單元具有自動調(diào)零的功能，調(diào)零時，只需在主界面按清零鍵即可全程自動清零，清零時間極短。
